TERMS OF SERVICE AND POLICIES – Each piece is designed and handcrafted by Joan McGee and the Joan McGee studio. Custom and Special Order items are made to order. Items in the shop labeled “One-Of-A-Kind” are pre-made pieces and sold as is. Production for made to order items will vary from piece to piece due to complexity of the item and production volume at the time of your order. Once we receive your order request we will let you know the estimated time of production. If you require a Rush Order, please contact us with your request and time restrictions at email@example.com or via phone at (941) 921-4604, we will do our best to work with your schedule.
SHIPPING – Orders will be processed same day, once the item has been made (time varies from item to item) it will ship out immediately. You will receive an email and confirmation number of your order at the time of purchase, you will receive a second email with your tracking number once the package has been shipped. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail. All packages are sent from the Joan McGee Studio in Sarasota, Florida, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
International orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. Joan McGee is not responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are not able to provide estimates.
DEPOSIT AND SHIPPING CUSTOM PIECES– Full amount on all custom and special order items is due upon purchase or commissioning of custom item with Joan McGee. Shipping charges may vary from piece to piece as certain pieces may need special packaging.
RETURN POLICY – If you are unhappy with your piece you may exchange the item or receive a full refund. To exchange/return a piece you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (941) 921-4604 within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Joan McGee is not responsible for return shipping costs. For your security we recommend sending your returns through registered mail, insured, and with tracking. Joan McGee reserves the right to refuse returns due to wear or damage. Joan McGee is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.
